ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGER
Reporting to: Operations Director Salary: £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience (strong bonus scheme also in place)

Key responsibilities:
Working alongside and reporting to the Operation Director, your focus will be to provide and maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction.
Skills, personal attributes and experience required:
• Previous senior supervisory or management experience in a similar environment is essential
• Provide and maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction.
• Strong customer skills are required for face-to-face, phone and email communication
• You will be able to think quickly, reacting to and handling situations calmly and
• Support staff in the professional execution of their duties
• Ability to run fitness classes a big bonus.
• You are able to multi-task with exceptional ability, prioritising and managing your time and others.
• A first aid qualification is desirable but full training can be arranged.
Working hours:
Flexibility is essential as shift hours can vary and will include days, some nights, weekends and Bank Holidays throughout the year.
Hours will be 40 per week, consisting of shifts starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 10.30 pm at weekends. Additional hours may be needed as business dictates.

As the Assistant Manager, you introduce people to the exciting world of Jump Jam, turning curious individuals into loyal customers. Living and breathing the Jump Jam brand, you thrive on building and motivating high energy and high performance teams.
With natural energy and a great way with people, you will champion the dynamic culture that exists within each of our venues. Your experience managing complex priorities and awareness of relevant Health and Safety reporting requirements, combined with operational HR management expertise will be vital to your success in this role.
You have experience in a mid-sized to large business and love working with customers and managing a large team. Your operational business knowledge will be vital in implementing strategies that ensure Jump Jam is the number one venue in the region.
You will build awareness and maximise occupancy through genuine community engagement and unique local marketing initiatives. You’re proud to represent Jump Jam, and you exemplify that in all your interactions with customers and our crew.
To be considered it is important that you have at least 1+ years of management experience, as you will be required to hit the ground running! Your ‘have a go’ attitude, adaptable nature and desire to succeed in all that you do will ensure a great fit into this team environment. First Aid & Health and Safety qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
