Your focus will be to provide and maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction.
Skills, personal attributes and experience required:
Answer all telephone and email enquiries
Process online bookings,
handle payments and waivers
Explain the rules and answer any customer queries
Previous administration experience is essential
Hotel reception experience is preferable
You must be highly confident and proficient in using computers, preferably bookings systems.
Strong customer skills are required for face-to-face, phone and email communication
You will be able to think quickly, reacting to and handling situations calmly
You are able to multi-task with exceptional ability, prioritising and managing your time.
Flexibility is essential as shift hours can vary and will include days, some nights, weekends and Bank Holidays throughout the year.
Hours will be 40 per week, consisting of shifts. The hours that will need to be covered are from 9am to 9pm.
