We are looking for a superstar who is ready to leap into something life-changing and drive the evolution of the Jump Jam experience.
Maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction whilst maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, overseeing a 22,000 sq. ft. area of ‘Jump Zone’, a café and up to 20 staff members (Marshals) at busy periods.
Health and Safety of or guests are the number one objective each and every visit while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards
Provide and maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction.
Promote adherence to the Company Health & Safety Policy to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Maintain cleanliness standards.
Oversee ‘Jump Zone’, café and Marshals
Manage the smooth operation of the jump, catering and service areas
Support staff in the professional execution of their duties.
Report any problems with staff and/or equipment immediately
Deliver a proportionate response to all incidents and injuries in line with company policies and guidelines
Working alongside and reporting to the Operations Director, your focus will be to provide and maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction.
Skills, personal attributes and experience required:
Previous senior supervisory or management experience in a similar environment is essential
Strong customer skills are required for face-to-face, phone and email communication
You will be able to think quickly, reacting to and handling situations calmly and responsibly.
You are able to multi-task with exceptional ability, prioritising and managing your time and others.
A first aid qualification is desirable but full training can be arranged.
