IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to parents and even grandparents. Jump Jam is fun for ALL ages! However, to ensure everyone is safe, only children aged 6 years or older may jump unaccompanied in the main arena.
Ages 5 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult. This is to make sure big people don’t accidentally bump into small people. We also have Jump Toddler sessions Monday to Friday at 10am and 1pm during term time. How young? - there is no lower age limit.
ARE TRAMPOLINE PARKS DANGEROUS?
Jump Jam employs the latest technology and safety engineering in an effort to make your jumping experience as safe as possible. Like any extreme sporting activity, injuries can, and do, occur.
However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor. A recent study of trampoline parks across the US found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Trampoline parks have a better safety rate than any competitive sport.
Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Jump Jam is fun for ALL ages! We have special Jump Toddler activity for children aged under 6 years. If aged under 6, children are not allowed on the main jump arena without an adult also jumping.
We have Jump Toddler sessions every Monday-Friday 10am and 1pm and Saturday 9 am.
There is never an upper age limit, you are never too old to bounce and have fun! However we do advise that you must be a minimum age of 14 to be left in the building without an adult, that a genuine waiver has been filled out by a aparent/guardian or someone over 18 at all times.
CAN I COME AND WATCH?
Yes, you can come and watch all the fun and go upstairs to our mezzanine viewing gallery and cafe. We offer FREE WiFi and you can grab a refreshing drink and a snack.

We sell these at reception with “grippy” bottoms that help you get the most out of your jumping experience and help to keep you safe. Price is £2.00/pair.
Shirts must be worn at all times.
