Key responsibilities:
Maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction whilst maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, overseeing a 15,000 sq. ft. area of ‘Jump Zone’.
Health and Safety of or guests is the number one objective each and every visit while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards
Provide and maintain out of this world guest experience, service and satisfaction.
Promote adherence to the Company Health & Safety Policy to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Safety of our guests must be your paramount objective.
Greet and assist all customers entering our courts
Explain the rules for each station and answer any questions our guests may have
Coordinate the clearing of the courts of customers whose time has elapsed
Monitor, clean and organise the locker room, café seating areas and safety equipment
Report any problems with equipment to the Floor Manager immediately
Ensure that the first aid backpacks are fully stocked
Report all incidents and injuries immediately to the Floor Manager
Implement first aid as necessary (full training will be given)
Adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy
Cleaning of the ‘Jump Zone’
About You:
Skills, personal attributes and experience required:
Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment is desirable
An outgoing personality, can-do attitude and out of this world customer service skills
You can think quickly, react to and handle situations calmly and responsibly
You are able to demonstrate how to use the equipment (full training will be given)
A first aid qualification is desirable but full training can be arranged
Working hours:
Flexibility is essential as shift hours can vary and will include days, some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays throughout the year. Overtime may also be required as business dictates.
Hours can range from 16-40 per week, consisting of shifts starting as early as 9am and ending as late as midnight at weekends, including opening and closing duties.
